Hi,

i have had a terrible experience with the grand New Delhi and wanted to bring this to your service. They brought insult and shame to my family and this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I am filing an official complaint here and would like to understand how to take this further. I have enough data and information to get their Star Rating re-assessed and brought down from 5* to 4* just need to know the exact methodology to do this and how to get justice on how they have treated us and our guests.
