Dear Sir,
I would like to lodge a complaint on hotel katriya for their negeligience and irresponsible behy aviour. I had booked vijayanagar hall present in -2 for a grand party consisting of 300 guests. I paid entire hotel bill which amounted to 1.72 lakhs upfront to them. I spent around 1.5 lakh rupees on other things like decoration, event managers, gifts, cloths etc for the party. On the day of event, I was constantly in touch with them from evening onwards. To my utter shock, after 8pm banquet manager, Mr. Mandal and Mr. Rajesh informed me that event details were not passed to kitchen and hence chef did not prepare my food. It was so disgusting and embarassing for all my guests as there was no proper food available. Hotel staff started providing some filthy stuff which he bought from outside hotels to my guests. There was no staff allocated and hence no serving people available. It was complete chaos and hotel does not seem to have any risk mitigation plans. I spent so much amount only to felt embarassed and insulted. I request you to please take proper against them. My questions to them are

1. Is there any process in the hotel? How can a banquet manager forget to pass the event details to chef? On what basis, hotel got a star status? Why do they collect such stupendous amount from the people when they cannot deliver? Who is monitoring them?
2. In what way can they compensate my emotions and feelings. After spending so much amount, i only have bad memories. who is responsible for this?
