    Default Never buy membership of Hotel Crowne Plaza, Rohini, Delhi

    Dear Sir,

    I was approached by Mr. Karan (9958165146) from A4A Marketing for selling the Priority Plus Club Membership of Hotel Crowne Plaza, Rohini, Delhi-110085. They called me several time and convinced me to buy this membership with a promise that all the vouchers/certificates related to discounts & offer under this membership will be sent to me along with the Company's letter. On 6/6/2011, Mr. Karan sent his person to collect the cheque of Rs. 7,720/- towards the cost of the subject membership. The person gave me a letter from Hotel Crowne Plaza confirming the membership No. 9111302130 signed by Mr. C.K.Goyal. When I enquired about the vouchers/certificates, he promised me that it will be delivered to me next day and requested me to give the chq to his person. Next day he told me that the vouchers/certificates are under printing by the hotel and will take 1 week and requested me to get the cheque cleared from my bank and he will come personally and deliver me vouchers/certificates personally. The chq got cleared from my account on 15/6/11 but I never received the vouchers/certificates, when I tried calling Mr. Karan several times, he did not respond to my calls. Finally I was able to speak to him when I called him from some other number, he again promised me that the vouchers/certificates will be delivered to me in 1-2 days by the hotel and I will be receiving a call from the hotel confirming the same. Now more than one month has passed and I have not received any thing from Crowne Plaza.

    I feel that I have been cheated by Mr. Karan and Hotel Crowne Plaza by selling me this membership and harassed me with their response/services. I request you to please look into this case and get my money (Rs. 7,720/-) refunded by Hotel Crowne Plaza.

    Wink Paying for membership?

    I think you've been talked into paying for something that is actually free? I've been a member for years and have never had to pay anything. You earn points for every visit and then are sent the vouchers or can use the points against future nights stay at the hotel chain.

    Unless I've got completely the wrong end of your complaint?

    Post Beware of Crowne Plaza Membership

    Dear Sir,

    I was approached by Mr. Himanchal (9891801822) from A4A Marketing for selling the Priority Plus Club Membership of Hotel Crowne Plaza, Rohini, Delhi-110085. They called me several time and convinced me to buy this membership with a promise that all the vouchers/certificates related to discounts & offer under this membership will be sent to me along with the Company's letter. On 27/09/2011, Mr. Himanchal took credit card details & charged Rs. 7,720/- towards the cost of the subject membership. The person gave me a membership no. from Hotel Crowne Plaza confirming the membership No. 9111303240 . When I enquired about the vouchers/certificates, he promised me that it will be delivered to me next day . Next week he sent me a provisional membership card along with a letter signed by signed by Mr. C.K.Goyal but the benefits mentioned on call was not there. Moreover, I never received the vouchers/certificates, when I tried calling Mr. Himanchal several times, he did not respond to my calls. Finally I was able to speak to him when I called him from some other number, he again promised me that the agreed vouchers/certificates will be delivered to me in 1-2 weeks by the hotel and I will be receiving a call from the hotel confirming the same. Now more than two month has passed and I have not received any thing from Crowne Plaza. When i asked for the refund he kept on delaying the matter. On one day he asked me to mail the refund request to customercare@a4a.co.in on 02/12/2011, but have received no response from their side.

    I feel that I have been cheated by Mr. Himanchal and Hotel Crowne Plaza by selling me this membership and harassed me with their response/services. I request you to please look into this case and get my money (Rs. 7,720/-) refunded by Hotel Crowne Plaza.

    Default Priority Plus Club Membership- Hotel Crown Plaza

    I have taken the membership inthe month of september 2011, and they people(Mr. Kunal & Mr. C.K.Goel) had committed a lot, but at the time of encashment of those priviledges the phone got unanswered. I am makeing the calls on Priority plus section from last 6 months but i have got no response.Mr.C.K.Goel was told me to reverse my money back but till date i have not received.I feel cheated.Mr.Kunal commit me to deliver the cake on my daughter's birthday... when i ordered the same they told me that it is not possible to hotel to deliver the same u have to pickup from hotel.when i tried to book the room they again asked to come to hotel.Please look in the matter and please make sure that no one else will not be cheated in future.
