    Default Complaint against HERITAGE HOLIDAYS PVT LTD NEW DELHI

    I share my one of the worst experience to all my friends & relatives in India & abroad.
    I am staying in MUMBAI,
    On 19.03.2011 I received a call from M/s Heritage Holidays Pvt Ltd Delhi, informing me to become a member with them,
    The person informed me that If I Become their member I will be enjoying a discount card thru whichI will be getting 10% to 40% on all day today purchases at the shops registered by them all over INDIA and abroad, also I will receive 10 vouchers for discounts at their Resorts.
    I asked him the Question that is D mart registered? (So that I could enjoy the discounts in grocery and day today expences he replied “Yes” There are 450 alike stores registered with them.
    At that time I got convinced with the answer of the person and willingly questioned what was the process of becoming a member,
    He told me that as you are holding SBI credit card you have to give us the details and there after he connected me to SBI to utilise my OTP thru this he cleared the transaction of Rs 4545.00 on 19.03.2011.
    He also informed me that I will be receiving a welcome kit from M/s Heritage Holidays with in 10 working days.
    He did not make me clear that once I pay the money will not be returned at any cause.

    After 3 days I visited the SBI site TO CONFIRM MY TRANSACTIONS, in which I was shocked to see the account, I found that this party had withdrawn Rs 4545.00 twice,Firstly on 19..3.2011 and another without my concent & knowledge on 21.03.2011.In all they (Heritage Holidays pvt ltd)withdrew Rs 9090.00 from my SBI credit card account.

    I immediately contacted M/s Heritage Holidays Pvt Ltd with this matter (Fraud), In reply I got the shocking reply that They have not withdrawn this 2nd amount on 21.03.2011,I took this matter thru letter to the SBI credit card division New Delhi asking for the reply to the letter.
    SBI credit card division creditted the amount of Rs 4545.00, that to the transaction date of 19.03.2011 instead of 21.03.2011, I did not receive any specific reply in writing against this negligent act.
    This SBI credit card division is not at all reliable to the customer’s satisfaction.

    Now when I received the welcome Kit from M/s Heritage Holidays Pvt Ltd, F-138,1st Floor,Rajouri Garden,Main Market, New Delhi, on 29.03.2011 I was Shocked to see the welcome kit ,which contained the gift as follows:
    1) Wrist watch with leather belt Reebok make, 1 pc
    2) Sun glass 1 pc
    3) Prime Discount card (Delhi Base) along with the pamplets, Terms & conditions. 1pc
    4) Discount vouchers of Heritage holidays Delhi 10 pcs

    After observing this welcome gift I gave a complaint to M/s Heritage Holidays pvt ltd dated 29.03.2011 on their Land line Phone no 011-66078650, 011-41639411 also thru email reservation@heritageholidaysindia.com that,Above gifts ie
    item no 1 & 2 are of very low grade which was not convincing & of no use to me neither to my family members,
    item no 3 in which I had to call Prime card division DELHI (this division has no office in mumbai) to activate the card, mainly this Card is For DELHI based people, and this card is not registered with any grocery shops or any day today needs purchase departmental shops in MUMBAI,This Prime card is only meant for the people who are of higher class families and those who can efford high class living in day today life,not the people like me who is struggling thruout the life,for this purpose I did not activate this discount card as I was not convinced.

    Regarding discount vouchers I have never travelled to Delhi, I Refused to continue with the membership and asked them to where should I sent this whole stuff for the refund process of Rs 4545.00 which they withdrew from SBI Card account.
    On the very first stroke they blunty refused to refund me my money back saying that they had cleared every thing from their side,

    Again this whole matter was mailed to SBI card division on 29.03.2011 with all the necessary proofs and relevent letters, till date no reply is been received by me neither thru mail nor phone call nor any letter.
    I also contacted PRIME Discount Card Division with this matter, They replied that all conversations are thru Holidays Heritage pvt ltd, so I have to solve this matter with HERITAGE HOLIDAYS PVT Ltd only .
    Prime Card Division is not responsible in any way inthis matter.

    After my repeatedly calls thruout the month to M/s Heritage holidays they told me that until and unless you don’t send us the kit we will not be able to send your refund of Rs 4545.00 this talks was with Miss Jyoti.

    On 25.04.2011 I send the gift stuff as it is back to M/s Heritage holidays thru India Post tracking no EM710476941IN which they have received on 28.04.2011 which is already been confirmed on phone with them.
    They at that time confirmed me that as they have received the stuff back they will be sending my amount of Rs 4545.00 within a month,
    Again while contacting Miss Jyoti she Roughly and bluntly refused to send me the refund amount telling that do what ever you want to do go any where knock any door we will not refund the amount of Rs 4545.00.Here someone Mr Raj appeared may be he is at some big post took the phone and answered that nothing can be done & no refund will be done.

    Now almost 2 months have passed meanwhile I have wrote mails called on phones no one is neither replying my mail nor lifting my phones.

    I have paid my payment of Rs 4545.00 to SBI also so as to continue with the uninterupted use of SBI card.

    Beware !!!!!!!!!! of this comany as it is a Fraudster. First they will lure you into the holiday offers and ask you to deposit some money in their accounts after that they will make you fill the world's most complicated form for hotel reservations as per their conveniece and time and will never respond back even if you are able to fill their reservation form and.

    How the TRAP people ?


    They have the tie ups with most reputed banks and cards as SBI cards and though SBI prvilege circle programme they attract people so that nobody enquires about ther offres.

    The main catch lies in their complicated form that most of the people are unable to fill and thin that they have not been able to meet their terms and conditions.


    How I Know.


    I have a case refrence number 005-222-4​73 and 005-201-80​0 on SBI cards who have sold me this package through previlege cirle progarmme for Rs 6300 qnd cheated me.

    Mail details sent to sbi

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Please refer the below case 'CaseID=005-201-800' also mentioned in the subject line of this mail. I have not heard anything from the customer care since last 12 days of filing this complaint. Card Number : issued in my name

    Please make a note that I had spent around Rs 6300-/-00 from my sbi card to join this previlege circle program last year but have not been delivered the promised services, it has been a very disappointing experience with the sbi card overall and I request you to refund me this amount ASAP with one year interest and cancel my card.
