I made a domestic holiday booking through MakeMyTrip. They charged me 26500/- for 4N/5D package in Kerala. They sent me the vouchers of the hotels they booked. They booked room in AyurCounty resort in Munnar for 2 days and charged me for that. When i reach AyurCounty resort, they said that there is no room booked on my name. When i called MakeMyTrip people, they said they will call me back after some time. After one hour, they called me and said they sent wrong voucher to me and booked room in other hotel (Munnar Inn).
Here is the problem, they charged me for room in AyurCounty and gave me room in Munnar Inn which is cheaper than AyurCounty. So i have to get some money back, buit when i called those guys, there is no one who is responding to my query. I tried to reach the guy (Kritarth Mishra, kritarth.mishra@makemytrip.com), the guy who booked my package. This guy is literally hanging my phone after listening my voice. I sent him mails, but i didnt get any mails. Finally i realized that MakeMyTrip wont care about its customers.
