OK. IF IT IS THE ONLY WAY, THEN WE SHOULD SETTLE THIS THROUGH PROPER MODE.
We SHOULD PROCEED FURTHER WITH THE HELP OF CONSUMER COURTS. WHETHER WE WILL NOT GET OUR MONEY BACK BUT YEAH SURELY WE TOGETHER CAN MAKE COMPANIES LIKE RELIGARE OTS TO AMEND THEIR WAYS AND STOP CHEATING THE PEOPLE. & MAKE THEM SUFFER BY HURTING THEIR SENTIMENTS.
COMMITMENT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN MONEY.AND THEY HAVE NOT PROVED THEIRSELVES UPTO THE MARK. I HAVE FULL FAITH IN THE INDIAN CONSUMER FORUMS. THEY CAN SETTLE IT THE BEST WAY IN FAVOR OF THE PERSON WHO IS SUFFERED.
WE NEED OUR MONEY BACK.
OR WHAT IS GURANTEED THAT EVEN AFTER SENDING YOU THE FORM WITH THE TRAVEL DATES AND HOTELS SCHDULED YOU WILL GIVE ME THE SAME DATES AND HOTEL BOOKINGS.? AS IT IS ONLY 10 DAYS IN MY MARRIAGE AND I HAVE TAKEN THIS FOR MY HONEYMOON. COZ OF YOU IT IS DELAYED.AND ALMOEST SPOILED.

I had booked hotel reservation through Religare (perfect gateways). The check in date was 26th Nov 2010 and check out date 1st Dec 2010. The hotel they booked is in Madgaon, Goa.

They promised to book 3 or 4 star hotel as they are giving promotional offers. I had paid them for hotel booking Rs 7000 plus Rs 750 processing charge. As per their scheme room will be booked for 7 days/nights subject to availibility. They have to be informed in 30 days advace for the booking through sending booking form and processing charge of Rs 750 demand draft favouring perfect gateways.

When they processed my form they said room is available for 5 days/nights only because it is full.
They had received my booking form and draft on 23rd oct 2010 and my vaction date was 26th Nov 2010.
I agreed for 5 days. after that they said i will have to pay Rs 5000 for breakfast which is complimentary in hotel.
They are providing me 4 star hotel. But if I pay through perfect gateways I will have to pay 2500 only as they have tie up with this hotel and no other hotel is available. As this was not the deal when I had purchased the original booking in year 2009. Only Rs 7000 was asked. Later on when I got confirmation letter I came to know that there is a processing charge of Rs. 750 which was not said by their agent when I made booking.

I could not effort extra rs. 2500 so asked for discount and they made it rs. 1500 which I paid through demand draft.
When I reached hotel I found its not a 4 star hotel. The room given to me had cost Rs 1200 per day all inclusive(water, electricity, breakfast). In complimentary breakfast they provide bread, omlette, butter and jam. As per their restaurant menu its cost was Rs 20. there was no room service in hotel. If i need a mineral water bottle i had to come to reception. In the hotel only two guest family was staying at that time including myself.
When I enquired they said hotel booking is from jan 2011. till now all rooms are unoccupied.
I managed to stay there for 5 days. I was with my wife. My whole vacation was spoiled.

When I returned back and complained to perfect gateways, they said thanks for feedback and we will balck list this hotel. but i asked for refund then they said its not possible.
Then I wrote mail to religare customer care department and after that they were ready to refund that 1500. But till now I did not receive any check as they said check will be deliverd. I had reminded them so many times so many mails but they do not reply to my mails.

Pls help me for the same and help others to get cheated by these kind of fraud company.
