I have exactly similar experience from these people recently in Kerala, hence I am going to consult my lawyer for possible actions to get money back.

I am posting this mail to alert readers so that they should not be entrapped with these cheaters. Me and my wife were walking in Baga beach. One fellow came to me and gave a scratch card for lucky draw which had nothing. After that he gave another card to my wife, she won one of the 4 prizes (i-pad/ stay to international Royal resort/ DVD player etc.) that could be displayed only after scratching hidden code. All was so planned and acted in such a natural way that we thought it was really a lucky prize. When we visited to their resort, a series of drama started. A boring session started and they asked few hours to complete it. Within 30 min we realised that they are trying to make us fool, so we asked to display the hidden code. On scratching it, it was free stay to few of Indian Royal resort (Not free but charging Rs 6500.00 for maintenance charge). Same offers are frequently given by Club Mahindra/ country club totally free of cost without such a drama as these Royal persons were making.

We lost our 30 -45 min only but warning others not to be fooled with these ROYAL cheaters.

THE BIGEST LIERS ARE THE MANAGERS WHO WORK THERE. THEY MARK ALL THE MONEY SITTING THEIR ASS DOWN AND WE ARE CONVIENCED TO PAY. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS MEMBERSHIP WHO WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY OR IF U BOUGHT THEN GET YOUR REFUND SOON. THANK YOU SIR.

Dear sir, we have has the same experience. .I,Prakash Nair had opted for the scheme of royal resorts with the following details,
(a) Agreementt No:- R1HC2/171211/6120.
(b) Finance no :- PN1074.
2. Due to some unforseen circumstances I was not unable to continue with this scheme with royal
resorts and couldnt make any further payments in future.They were requested to terminate the
agreement forthwith and inform me about the same immediately on receipt of this mail.I have
already made an advance payment of Rs17,238/- on 17Dec11,which was required to be reimbursed by
royal resorts company on priority.
Absolute cheaters. Mr IVAN was spoken to and he assured us that he would get back to us. His number is 08322720503. Please help.

I feel that royal people are cheating public,there is so many things not disclosed .i have deposited 12500=00 for new membership which they are not giving back. Pl. Aware.

I was trapped into a similar membership for 25 years and got trapped .1st year they charged 3000 Rs as maintenance charges,but thereafter every year they kept on increasing the maintenance charges and this year they are charging 8600 Rs. Morever they dont give holidays on the dates I request. The most important point they used at the time of giving membership is by saying that we can stay all over the world in any of their affiliated resorts,but this turned out to be fake ,becasue I did request them to give me holidays in South-east asia for which they respond after one month that they dont have availability.
I asked for the refund of the membership charges of Rs 75K which I padi to them ,but looks like they dont intend to refund anything.
