Dear Sir,

I have received a call from Ayesha on 18-03-09 from their bangalore office, when i was trying to explain my greviences she was only arguing & trying to defent herself & her company. She was not ready to listen to what i had to say.
Finally i put a mail with all the issues to there bangalore office mail id : highlandblr@yahoo.com.

But instead of replying back to my queries she has sent me around 12 mails which are all irrevelant & not required.

Kindly advice.

Don't understand why consumer court is not replying for this. As so many people can be cheated by such companies and this dealy will responsible for it.

Hi,

With Profound agony and pain I am not left with any option to go against in
the consumer forum/District consumer court.

My concern is elicitated below.

I took a membership with Highland holiday in Oct/Nov Last year and was given
by Mr. Eldon in your noida office. I paid 15000 INR for 3 years. I gave my
delhi address for all further communication. Elden Promised me to send my
membership card and other papers in 1 week's time. It's been almost an year
i have not got a single paper or any communication from your end. I tried
calling your delhi numbers either no body picks up or some lady picks up
saying its not holiday homes number. Once I got ur number from your web
site/ Discussion forum I called ur delhi office and i asked for my
membership card that lady said she will call me back in 1/2 an hour with
the status. No call received till evening. I called in the evening and
she said she has no updates.

Already fed up with this circumstance i called ur chennai Corporate office
they told me to contact branch offfice. The main problem arose yesterday
when i got a call from ur delhi office for more money. I said u have not
sent me any documents for prevous payments then we have had some hot
conversation. I said I want to talk to ur branch manager. The lady, while
handing over the phone to branch manager(Neha I guess) says he is abusing
me. Then manager comes with some 7th heaven attitude.and statrs treating me
in such a bad manner. I said if u can't deal we may have to settle in court.
She called me "BASTARD" over the phone and said I live in alakhnanda in
delhi she will pull me in court.

Is this how you treat your members. Frustated with situation, I called ur
head office in chennai and talked to manager(Some lady) there. I asked her
that i want an apology from ur delhi branch. she assured me that i will get
a call. I talked to her for around 20 minutes from delhi explaning her whole
situation. After assurance i got a call from delhi office, Instead of sorry
she was asking me for my mail ID in the same threating tone. I said i will
talk to ur director and will definitely reuest him to get you fired from
your job.

I told her be courteous I am also a business man and my dad holds a position
in Govt. of Uttaranchal as state minister with revenue deptt. she said I am
from highland holiday home and we know prime minister . I tried your chennai
office number 10 times since morning and no body is picking up the phone. I
am feeling cheated and abused as well now.

I don't know who will read this mail but if it goes to some higher
authorities please give me a courtesy call and take some action against this
lady in ur delhi office. I am still awaiting your response. I don't wanna
mess up things but this delhi branch lady has to apologise to me else I am
not left with any options. Please feel free to contact me
