We have worked for nirmal lifestyle where nirmal lifestyle ltd has procured material and services from us. the track record of nirmal lifestyle is extremely poor as i see on other complaint sites. there are many instances buyers and service providers feel cheated by nirmal or that nirmal is cheating them. our payments amounting to several lakhs have been pending since years and other contractors have been waiting for their payments worth crores of rupees. in our experience nirmal lifestyle limited is cheaitng innocent people and we wish to create awareness where more contractors do not fall into the same trap.

I strongly recommended every one, don not take the membership of High Land Home.
Until you join they try to promise a lot, once became a member you should have to run behind them. All the free locations they mentioned are not in good locality & not good to stay. Customer support is worst, don't experience elsewhere. The sales people tell many which are reflecting in the bond, once you signed, they don’t listen anything, not allowed to cancel/ reduce it. Don't believe the them simple. Do not go for any mercy with customer people & take membership. They are targeting the couple & looting.

Their is no proper coordination between sales team and management people. The customer team people behaving very rude & don't respond on call. Their target is to cheat people only. There is no customer oriented service at all.

My name is Ashish Athavale (Mumbai) Even I am on the same boat I think so. I just purchased this on 29th November 2011 in my Goa trip (see my bad luck). I was being told that the amount for 5 yrs membership will be converted to 12 months equal EMI's which I think never happened. When I left Goa on the same days after then I seemed there was some fishy and it came. I have planned immediately a booking of Lonavla. What do you think are they improved, should I continue or I should go for cancellation? I think I am really lost. Told that I should have to pay utility payment of Rs. 1000/- per day for a family of Four which will include food, pick and drop from station and site seeing. And now after reading so much reviews I think I too am being cheated.

I was promised that you can book any location before 30 days, but whenever i request they answer it is full.
I was also promised that i can sell my holidays.they answer that i had to search customer for the same.
I had never got bookings for lonavla for the dates i wanted.
I had never got confirmations for abrod.
I had never got request done for any good location.
All together this comany is fraud and they simply cheat people by their holiday concept.
