I had did an advance booking with rangoli retrat matheran for 2 days @ 6600/cuople from thier mumbai office with hakim 23475556 but i found that the rates were 5200/cuople but when asked for refund they refused and said do what ever you can do but we will not give your refund back.

I am dissapointed by thier behavior and require a strict action to be taken against them.
