This is a case of pure cheating wherein Signature Crest (Travelorg tour/travel operator) made me false promises when they offered me gift voucher and made all false promises to make my their member after paying Rs 20,000 in Sep 2009.

It has been 4 months since joining as member and I have not received all my relevant documents. I was told about about more than 25 locations where they have their property/hotels but finding only 10 or so in the list they've sent.
I had even got a confirmation for my holiday booking for Dec 30,09 to Jan 01,10 but they started refusing that and they did not allow my holiday. Obviously they got more money from some corporate customer and kept me aside.
As part of membership, I was told by their sales person Mr Sagar Shetty about 14 days coverage including food, local sightseeing, accommodation but was shocked to see later that they are only providing me 6 nights all inclusive package. This is pure cheating.
Also, they had promised me 40% discount on food for gift vouchers but they are negating that as well.

I had escalated this to their sales head Mr Abdulla Khan and he said that Mr Sarwar Khan would resolve the issue. I then met Sarwar, Usha and chasing them for last 2 months without any resolution from them.

The customer service is absolutely poor and there is no process in place in their reservation office. They try to fool people by making tall claims and false promises to add members.

I wonder if this forum can support me in resolving my case and furnishing some contact details below. If somebody is approached by them you need to get everything on paper as this seems to be a fraud company.

Kindly provide us your full contact details, payment details, apart from this send a written notice to the CMD/MD of the parent company, mention all the details in it where they were fail to provide the services as mentioned in the beginning or mentioned any where in their brochure, ask them for the refund as they are fail to provide the service with 12% interest + damages and applicable within the mentioned time of 15-20 days.

is it appropriate to call people on the pretext that they have won a holiday gift voucher and then lure them into buying their holiday packages?

one such company is operating from lajpat nagar K-28, lajpat nagar 2, named sinature siestas where people are called by tele marketing and are told to collect their gift vouchers for holiday package and then they are lured into buying holiday packages.
there are numerous number of companies doing this stuff in delhi but i fail to understand the authenticity of these companies as lot of people are being victimised by this.
are there some people who may feel concened about this and save innocent people from getting victamised by such companies

I am cursing the day when I got a call to receive a free gift and attend a presentation by "SIGNATURE SIESTAS PVT. LTD", K-28,IInd Floor
Lajpat Nagar-II New Delhi-110024 Delhi . They are authorised agents of "Grand Heritage Vacations" and RCI. I was given a very rosy picture of the worldwide Timeshare Resorts of RCI and I was lured into booking a base resort at "Fort Chanwa Luni", Jodhpur, which is affiliated to RCI. I paid Rs.10,000/- and applied for a red card membership (offering booking within 48 hours notice) with an 5 year Open Monthly Installment Plan). But on 11th Dec'09, when I requested to book room at Fort Chanwa Luni, 14 days before the desired date, then they made 100 excuses and did not book the hotel, e.g., the bookings are not available , you have not paid the full amount (then why EMI option is provided)?.
I checked with Fort chanwa Luni and they immediatly confirmed availability of rooms by return mail. On being confronted on this, Mr Roy of Fort Chanwa Luni has become invisible.

They are really a bastard. They called me too for the free offer of a vacation voucher in GOA, JAIPUR & other place for 3 nights. They sent me their address to come with my wife.

I knew there is nothing called Free Lunch and being a marketing manager I knew how sellers fool buyers on phone.

So I made a google serach with "Signature". Thanks to you guys, Your post on this consumer complain forum has saved me from their trap.

The best way to teach these people a big lesson is to make a complain in the consumer court with a proper follow-up, Post your experience on any website (Consumer Complain forum, Facebook, Orkut, Blog, Tweeter etc.) so that you can save others and the last but not the least.. Abuse them as much as possible (why because once you abuse the caller who calls you, he feel ashamed to call others).

I have done the last two... Made a post of my experience and abused them as much as possible (and interesting thing is that they are shameless. I abused for 5 minutes calling him again & again)

I also got the same knid of call from someone named Samee, he called from +91 11-40310060 and gave his personal number too i.e. 9871520045. He offered that I am shortlisted to receive a free 2/3 night hotel accomodation at one of the five locations. He said you need to come with your husband (if married) to collect the voucher that is completely free without any hidden charges. You need to come in central market, Lajpat Nagar and once I will confirm I will confirm the date and time for collection he will send the address. He did not give the address even I insisted. He also mentioned that we just need to watch a 1 Hr presentation and collect the voucher. He mentioned the company name as Signature Pvt. Ltd. and said that they have a chain of hotels, they are in blanket business and Signature tower in Gurgaon belongs to them (HA HA HA, my first suspicion started here as I stay in Gurgaon and I know what signature tower is ). Anyways thanks to Google, I searched and get to know their frauds...Thanks guys for posting here...

Thank u guyz for the valuable info.infact even i got the call from them to attend a meeting......, but immediately i tracked the company name in google and found these valuable information which helped me deny the same to the tele caller.

I got a call from one Jyoti from signature siestas and she told me that I have been selected for three days holidays voucher. I was surprised and wanting to get more details and asked them why me?. She told me that they I need to pay nothing, just need to participate in the presentation for 45 min. and collect the gift. She gave the address K-28, Second floor, laipat nagar, Main Market, part-II and also gave me entry code SP02 (??). For me it was little suspicious...nobody in this world gives anything free that too 4N/4D holiday package????started searching in the net by mentioning the address...lucky...got to know this trap...really rediculus...these people needs haarsh punishment... thanks to the web world and forum like this...escape..
