On 5th March on getting assurance from the company (via live chat) that my domain will be renewed within 12 hours of the payment, I paid the domain renewal amount to the company by credit card. They also sent me the payment receipt confirmation. But today its 17th March and still my domain has not been renewed and my website easytouristguide.com is lying inactive. I contacted them time and again but every time they falsely assured me that my domain will get renewed within hours. Some operators said within 2 - 3 hours , some said 5 - 6 hours, some said 12 hours and so on. But still now it has not been renewed. I do not know what to do. My 2 year old travel related website which is quite popular and has a good reputation is all gone because of no fault of mine. Not only am I loosing in terms of visitors and revenue but is also loosing position in the eye of search engine as well.
Please do something.
