Really the present situation is is very bad and sad only because of Manashosting's worst services. I have hosted 10 domains on one web package. It is UNLIMITED domains, UNLIMITED web space and UNLIMITED email and etc based on Linux platform. All are very normal websites and business sites.

Without any information and intimation, they had suspended my account. All of my hosted domains were down and not working. I loose lot of money and lot of business only because of the worst Manashosting services. I requested lot of people and inquired about this issue. Technical team suggested me to contact billing team, when i asked billing team then billing team suggested me back to contact technical team. Another technical told me to contact admin manager. Like this they are playing with customers.

I have raised many tickets to tell me the reasons but there is no proper response. Really i got lot of business loss, i wasted lot of money with the worst Manashosting providers. I would like to suggest every one not to use Manashosting as your service provider.

They are providing very cheap hosting packages with cheap rates with cheap techniques. Just they want to earn some money by cheating people. Still i have 3 more years in this package. Domains are not going to expire or web hosting not expired but all of domains are not working due to suspension of my account.

I want to take very serious action because of lot of business i loose and i loose my customers due to this waste and worst manashosting services. Kindly tell me what actions i need to take.. How can i proceed to file a case against Manashosting company. They are not proving quality services and no proper support for the raised tickets.
