This complaint is for Indiamart
.
We are a company "Orchid Colors and Shades" and we had registered with Indiamart in January 2007 thru one of their sales executive. We
had been repeatedly renewing our subscriptions on an annual basis. While renewing 2011-2012 subscription, we wanted our catalogue to
be updated as the information being displayed was old. The amount of annual contract was 18000/- and we paid an advance of 10,000/-
with an understanding that catalogue would be updated and rest of the money will be paid thereafter. The same information was written
on the bill for advance payment.
Now, it has been more than four months when the catalogue has still not been updated by them and now indiamart has disabled the the
website from their portal. They are now saying that unless we pay remaining amount the catalogue will not get enabled. Over this
period, indiamart Executives kept on calling for meetings and all of the time did not turn up. Only once their team team turned up for
again asking for payments.
They keep pressuring for payments inspite of not coming out with a proper catalogue in a span of 4 months. It is their duty to
complete my catalogue before they start with the annual subscription.
On 10 January 2012 , their executive also called up and said that we will loose 10,000 if we do not pay remaining amount.
Please solve this problem and I am cheated by Indiamart and I can name all those executives and officers. They are only emailing us or
calling us that we will solve it soon but they never do.
I would request that the advance payment be returned or appropriate action be taken so that catalogue gets updated and annual
subscription be renewed from that day onwards.
