Hi, This is about INDIAMART, the online B2B portal. They approached me in September 2011 for B2B business promotion and charged 15000+ Service tax towards the same as an annual payment. The sales representative promised- a catalogue preparation, google search engine display of my company across the globe except Mexico, promotion of my product(RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY) in trade shows and also enquiries from probable prospects with the contact details which would be routed to me based on keywords in the catalogue. However, they have just hosted the catalogue after a month, Catalogue is nothing but a webpage, which was already in existence. I started receiving enquiries with the contact hidden which was not at all the package i had opted. On followup they say its a technical glitch. Constant followup to the customer care and the sales representative is of no use. The customer care is sending me a complaint number and the sales person is making me go round and round to different people or avoids the call. Its more than 2 months and not a single enquiry has landed into my account. There is no responsible person in Indiamart and no one wants to take the accountability of my refund. I would like my refund back with the interest to be paid to me at the earliest.
