    Hi Consumer Court Members,

    I booked a hosting from NET 4 INDIA (India's leading IT services company), for one of my .si domain. At the time of booking the NET 4 INDIA customer care people use to call me for hosting and if I tell them to call me after 1 day at any particular instant of time then the NET 4 INDIA customer care people called me at the exact time.

    Finnaly I did a big mistake that I booked a Hosting Space form NET 4 INDIA, they never told me that they are not able to provide the service for .si domains, they just want money and after that I called many times on their customer care, I shocked the response of the customer care people of NET 4 INDIA, they don't have any knowledge about any thing, hell and pathetic service.


    Their technical knowledge is like a KG class guy.

    Its being more then 4 days I am waiting for the response of NET 4 INDIA, but no phone call from their side.

    I think they just want money and hardly think about their customers.

    This is my request to all of you to kindly give comment or suggestion about this poor company.

    Let me tell you one more thing about NET 4 INDIA (the poor company of india) , you can not change any thing on .htaccess file. and even you can not create 404 (not found page).

    Poor and Pathetic is the only word for NET 4 INDIA.

    Hello Friends

    Let me tell you that after creating support ticket on NET 4 INDIA website, you have to wait for atleast 2 days for their reply and this is your duty to call the NET 4 INDIA customer care and ask them for the update, they never ever call you or intimate you any how .

    And if you called them on Sunday then you have wait for next 24 hours , because no customer care execute will be their to entertain you to solve your problem.

    IT sector is growing but such company like NET 4 INDIA creating a bad image of INDIA globally.

    The NET 4 INDIA people don't know the importance of time, they want only money.....Poor people.

    Hello,

    NET 4 INDIA is not a good services provider, the customer care executives don't have enough knowledge to solve the customer query. If they people are not able to solve the issue then ask them for the refund.

    Try Host Gator , this is a good hosting company.

    Default Net4.in not returning the money taken in advance for a service not available.

    Dear Sir,



    I would like to bring to your notice the fraud committed by Net4.in. The
    company in its correspondence confirmed that they provide bulk email
    facility and accordingly we subscribed to their services by making payment
    through cheque.



    After receiving the payment their technical team said that bulk mailing that
    was promised in writing to us as per our specification was not possible.



    The company then promised refund and for last two months have been
    promising the return of Rs 9699/- paid in full and debited from our account.




    However now the company neither responds on the status of payment nor have
    returned the payment.



    Their team has been just directing me from one officer to another who are
    just misleading us and not making the payment.



    We have not used their service after initial trial when we found the service
    was not what was promised while taking 100% advance.



    Please direct the company to make the payment immediately.



    We have sent numerous reminders. Entire history of the case is provided in
    the mail threads below.

    I fail to understand why you should misguide customers and sell something
    which is not possible under your company's eco systems.



    My mails are very clear on our need from the beginning of our discussion. We
    wanted bulk mailing upto 10000 mails in one "to: address" and this was
    confirmed by you that it is not an issue as long as addresses are genuine
    and no spam. This was also clarified in mail sent by my colleague Sudhir
    Kumar.



    I had also mentioned to you during our conversation that rediffmail had
    clearly said no to such service and declined to take an order.



    We have clearly tried and failed in doing bulk mailing and hence expect
    quick refund instead of procrastination from your end. Your technical
    support including Charu has clearly mentioned that it is not possible.



    It is very clear that as a over enthusiastic sales person you have tried to
    sell a solution which was not available in the portfolio of NET4.



    HENCE REQUEST YOU TO IMMEDIATELY SEND THE AMOUNT TO US WITHOUT ANY FURTHER
    DELAY WITH DETAILS OF TRANSFER AMOUNT AND MODE. I ASSUME THAT WE ARE DEALING
    WITH A CORPORATE SETUP AND NOT SOME ROAD SIDE HOTEL.



    I WOULD ALSO REQUIRE EMAIL ID OF HEAD OF YOUR SALES/ OPERATIONS TEAM. Please
    mail the same to me.

    There is no restriction in the number of mails that can be sent in one
    day. There is no issue if you are sending mails to registered IDs but
    in case of any complain that the mentioned domain is doing spamming

    Thanks for the mail. Few queries



    1)I understand that only 10,000 mails can be send at a time.



    2) That too only once in a week? Then it's a issue as we have-one mail to be
    send to more than 30,000 mail id's (our clients). If it's send as packets of
    10,000 in a week, then one mail is reaching 30,000 clients in a span of
    three weeks which is of no use as the offer (in the mail) may not be valid
    at that time. 30, 000 mails has to be done in a day or two.



    3) Our existing members of 30,000 clients is growing on a daily basis. So
    restrictions like -can be send only to existing members is an issue.



    4) What is the meaning of spam according to Amit. He stresses it should not
    be spam. We are part of Morison Menon group which I think he must be
    knowing. So he must assume that will not do spam mail. May be I don't know
    the exact meaning of spam. If you may explain. What we are doing is sending
    one mail with one offer or multiple offers to our 30,000 database. We always
    have the statement mentioned down - if you wish to unsubscribe this mail
    click here. All property related companies do this as this is of top
    priority for them and their clients as properties and prices keep changing
    very quickly.

    Unhappy Net4 India is Cheater , Dont Be Partner of Them

    I have very bad exp. with net4 reseller programme, I Paid 50000 INR and be a gold partner of them and finally get very bad support,
    They not contacted within 6 month after my sign - up , not picking my calls and nothing. I am asking for Refund from last two year till same problem. Please guys be aware . I am posting all audio recorded there email screen shot soon here. Net4 domain seller is cheater, cheater, Big Cheater.

    I am a reseller in web service in net4india and i see the voip service in my control panal and PLP website so i called to the net4 contomer care and asked about VOIP and they gave me some chennai office number and i asked them about VOIP and they told me some sales person call me and give details, after that kalpesh called me and i asked him abot gulf calls and also indonesia calls so he told its costly if i commit some stock then he would give me less cost and i ask him about gulf calls which i find in net4.in website which have gulf landline Rs.1.00 for landline and Rs.10 for mobile, but i told the aircel,DOCOMO GSM service provider providing Rs.6.50/min for gulf landline or moblie so i told him that if voip is 15 or 10 rupee call then how i sale and what is worth use....
    So he told he will make Rs 1.00 for Retail and 50% dicount for reseller and i accepted and he said me that it will be done after i pay the amount and buy stock and also sign of agreement...
    I visited office in Banglore and i sign agreement and pay amount by cheque and he ask 1 week time.
    Its now 3 months and still my calls cost not decreased and when i ask him he not responding my calls and he now not reciving call also...
    I am attaching the invoice and also the mail he sent me for decreased call quatation...

    I even ask that i put case in consumer court so he not at all responding for that also and he rude talk to me so if your company service is like this how can a reseller work...

    I also offered him make it Rs.1.00 for baseprice then also he same not accepting my calls..

    also he sent me the Channel Partner Code as,

    BNG/18/09-10/UCS/ITS
    i don't know it is code alloted to me or not because i still didn't got the control panel or any id and password

    i have saved the email sent by them from there company mail id and now the head of VOIP call dept Mr.Rajesh says that the mail can be altered and i don't know how he become head of VOIP sales with out technical Knowledge, so any one can imagine what people work there. never incoming mail in inbox can be altered and he don't know that.

    net4 india VOIP head and marketing person just even lie what they have sent in mails and i have kept all mails with me.

    net4 india Ltd fail to keep Reseller Happy and fail to provide service which they commit and promised and also they do sell fake things to get money and business.

    net4india not want good long term relation just fraud costumer and reseller
