Can someone tell me how can i approach consumer court? I want to put file a case against this company. They said 99.99% uptime and my site is down since morning ...its more than 6 hours and the reponse from these guys is so unprofessional.

i had hosted multiple websites with quick2host.com, and all went down for like weeks at a stretch causing lot of problems. No body took my calls, and then i decided to switch vendor. They were charging me over 1.2 lacs for only 6 months of dedicated hosting, and wen i decided to terminate that, they didnt allow the transfer. Later they came up with a fraud bill of 50K extra stating some rules which were never stated and are not allowing me to shift any other domains. I have encued huge losses and want to take out every penny from them now. I have all the proofs. Please help me file a case. They r deleting my domains and blocking them one after the other and not taking any calls.

Mr ashish has such a rude behaviour.

They are really crooks. Taken my money also. they dont even reply.

How to approach the consumer forum for this.

Hello,

Before going to consumer forum we suggest you to do some basic thing this may help you and strengthen your case, just send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of the parent company ( keep one copy ) and ask them to solve the issue.

Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference.

Hope this may solve your problem.

1.2 Lakhs for dedicated hosting? Are you crazy? you can get it set up for 25k a year... find comapnies that will help you set it up
Never ever give your data to a third party. Ask the admins of this group they would have done the samne

Never go with Quick2host.com services, They are fake, nonsupport, Even they are not picking telephone for complaints, simply I would like to say worst, fattu, bekar, poor service, fake. unethical, ekdam bekar, cheater, 420 company.

I got so fed up with these guys that I had to move the hosting service (even though I had paid for 3 years). But even now since the Domain is still with them, these guys are troubling me by changing the nameservers frequently. Now I have to move that also.

The problem with most of us is that we get bitten by the low prices and offers that they advertise. Ultimately, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR".

Recently I have recovered my 15 domains from Quick2Host.
Follow the instructions
Fill the form, by visiting following link,

with your issue.
PDR compliance team will back to you in 24 Hrs.
PDR ask you for document like payment receipt(may be transaction no. or confirmation mail from Q2H or ....).
For this, you have to maintain your email adress associated with domain(Whois information)
They contact Quick2host and tells to assist you with necessary action. Quick2host fails to do needful. Tell PDR that Q2H not giving any assistance.
After deadline of 48 Hrs PDR send Domain transfer form to your email.
Fill the details i.e. domain name, owner, address, new registrar email, ID. Submit it.
In 3-4 days PDR move or transfer your domain to other registrar without spending a penny.
