This complaint is for Indiamart and please take this seriously.
We are a company "KHD Valves Pvt Ltd" and we had registered with Indiamart in January 2010 with a sales executive named Hemant Thanvi. He had promised to complete my catalogue and also promote my products as per the contract. I have paid 18,000/- for the annual contract.

Now, it has been more than one year when the catalogue has been expired and the following are the results after expiring of the contract:
The website was not at all completed by them and now when the contract is over, they have deleted the website from their portal. I kept on following up with them when it is their duty to do so and did not even bother to complete my catalogue.

Executives kept on calling but did not solve any of these problems. Wen I claimed I have not received any of the enquiries in the entire year due to incomplete promotions and never completed website, they sent me an enquiry which was fake when I called up the client. It turned out to be an Indiamart executive.

Now when I am not even asking for a refund, only compensation, they are asking for more money to enhance the promotions. They have deleted our catalogue from their business portal and also every executive that i speak to says only one thing, "my senior manager is out of office and we will email you later" and this later never turned up.

All this I am sending you after a year when I waited for them to rectify or give me all refund.

Please solve this problem and I am cheated exclusively by Indiamart and I can name all those executives and officers with proper proofs and reasons to sue them respectively. They are only emailing us that we will solve it soon but they never do. Please grant me the refund for the same!

I had signed a contract with indiamart for promotion of my business and getting a premium account for opening Leads that I needed to buy separately.I agreed at Rs.16500 with 6 months banner also.They took Rs.8000 as advance and the balance I paid after the catalogue was designed .They havent given me the password for my account till then.They dont even follow up after you have made payment.Before the payment has been made,they run after you like mad dogs and asking for appointments and afterwards they just want to get rid off you.I think I will need to take any action against them if they dont give me what they promised.

Indiamart will only email you the same format that your problem will be solved soon and they never solve the problem. It has been more than one year of registration and now that I am posting it on consumer court, I wish this problem will really be taken serious and get solved soon. I want my compensation for whatever I have paid in the form of refund and not services since they only promise you to compensate for the services but make sure no one should go for it. Just ask them for refund since they actually do not give those promised services as compensation even after a year.

There are many consumers being cheated by Indiamart, and please solve this problem to the soonest and we hope we get our refunds soon.

These Indiamart guys dont even call you.It seems that there complaint no.s are also fake.I am going to complain this matter to Consumer Court asap.As I have not received any resolution to my problem and it really sucks.
