They are always saying that I will transfer this ticket to concern person.



And then nothing needful will be done by their END.



I am waiting for too much time for this peoples Reply but still I will not
getting any thing needful done by this People.



And also I had spent too much money on contacting this people by Phone and
Internet.



From past 10 Days I will continues try to follow this People to resolve our
Problem but they surfing us Round and round.



I am very much frustrated with the services of Manashosting. If you can help
me with any Solutions.

I am also scammed by Manas Hosting.

I have bought webspace from this SCAM comapny Manas Hosting.

When frist I give contact details to them within minutes their Fu**ing sales person(woman)
contact me to get purchase many times. After 2 days I have purchased webspace.
But after that I have lot of problems with this "CHALU" people. i.e. control panel, domain regi., support etc.
When I talked tech. staff, they are totally unproffessional ....don't know basic ABCD of
webhosting.
They only ask to rise support tickets MILLIONS of times and still problem & problems.

I urge all this post readers that STAY AWAY from this MANAS Hosting Fraud. You will loss your Money
& time. Try to spred this to all over the net to save pepole from this Cheat company.

Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of the Manas Hosting about your problem, mention all the support ticket nos. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

I have 4 websites registered and hosted at manashosting. All websites are in trouble since start. Also their rennovation thing deleted my client account (but i have all the emails as proof). On 25th July 2009, all my website data for one website got deleted due to their antivirus and didnt even informed me abount that and when I found, they just said sorry and nothing. Even I posted complaint to their seniours but they also didnt replied me well.

When I wanted to transfer my domain, they are not helping me and making thousands of reasons.

I'm having all tickets IDs to which they didnt replied and not solved and also I have all emails regarding this. I want to sue them because they wasted so much of my time and resources. Please help me

Just send a written notice to the CMD of the Manas Hosting via registered post, attach the print copy of the support ticket and ask them for the solution as soon as possible apart from this you can also claim for the damages accordingly.

Manashosting.com are cheaters.

I registered site with them with domain. when you visit there site to register site they will call you 100 times, once you are done they will forget you.

After registering they are saying there is no such site or domain registered.

I also registered one domain from manas web hosting but they were not register domain when i told that people why my domain still not register then he reply that "your domain will register within next 3 working days" but can't register so after 1 week i told for refund and submit support ticket. my ticket number is XSH-751205. I reminder them many times for refund my payment but they are not responding. I registered that domain on month of April still don't get payment from them. it is already 4 months left.


If any one wants any service please don't choice for manas hosting. I am really frustrate from them services.

I had rasied so many tickets and not getting feedback / solution from tech team ,
I think only their Sales team is proper for taking orders and i dont think so , they have proper setup just made the website for chat with sale / billng / tech team no one is giving the proper feedback .

Well, I'd suggest that before you buy hosting, you need to research for the goodwill of the company first.

Google for that company name and you will learn Good and bad things for that company.

These ManasHosting team is bulid up of cheaters. I cant enter into the hosted space for the last 2 weeks. Always the specified ip address is under construction. Called many time for the technical team but no response from their side. I am going to sue against them. Please please dont engage in any transaction with these bloody cheaters.
