This is worst service provider in have ever had the misfortune of working with. The servers are down about 80% of the time. The other 20% there are interruptions. The support team does not have any idea about how to deal with customers and they are completely impolite. They have very confusing procedures for the smallest like renewal of domain. They have incomplete and misleading information on their website which only makes matters worse.

जेसे ही मेने अपनी डिटैल्स दी पाँच मिनट मे ही फोन आ गया एंड जब तक पेमेन्ट नहीं दिया हर घन्टे फोन आता था पेमेन्ट देने के पाँच दिन बाद भी अभी तक लॉगिन नहीं कर पा रहा हू और चौबीस लाइव चेट तो डेड ही है फोन पर बिलींग वाले टेकनिकल पर टालते है और टेकनिकल वाले बिलींग पर आज तक कोई मेरे सिस्टम को टीम व्युअर पर भी लेकर प्रॉब्लम को सॉलव करने की भी हां नहीं भरता है क्योंकि अभी तक उनके सिस्टम से ही ऍक्टिवेट नहीं किया जा सका है और जूठ बोलते रहते है की आप को ऍक्टिवेट कर दिया है कुछ वेट करके चेक कर ले लेकिन कुछ भी नहीं होता है फ़िर्से कोई नया बंदा चेट पर आ जाता है जिसको पुरी रामायण दुबारा बतानी पड़ती है और ऐसे ही टाइम ही पास होता जा रहा है लेकिन अभी तक कोई रिज़ल्ट नहीं निकला .जो सेल्स की लड़की थी वो तो फ़ोन ही नहीं उठा रही है और हर बार कोई नया ही पुरी रामायण सुनता है और मानसहोस्टींग की मॄत आत्मा की शांति करता है उनको चाहिये की हमारे से लिये हुए फन्ड से एक बढ़िया ताला लाकर मानसहोस्टींग पर लगा दे जिससे और लोग तो फ्रॉड से बच जाए मे क्या लिखु मुझे ही शर्म आ रही है लेकिन मानसहोस्टींग वाले तो शर्मप्रुफ है .
मेरी सलाह है की मानसहोस्टींग मे सर्विस देने की क्षमता नहीं है इसलिये इससे दूर ही रहने मे ही भलाई है .

I thought, since its being a Bangalore based company, if any problem arises I can go directly to the company and complaint the issue, But, now I understood that I myself is fool in purchasing in Manashosting package.
This is my ticked ID: CIF-784028.
Even I called several times to the Tech team which is situated in AP. (STD Call for me), its of no use.
Also with the live chatting. It never connects. And with the control pannel provided by them the so called "Plesk" It never logs in, when required.!!!
My website statistics is not updated since 9th Feb. I even raised several Tickets, but, ended with no use. Just waste of time and internet usage.

In one word we can describe this company as a FROD.
Even I missed some advt. orders due to this issue. Tell me how to knock the Consumer court. I need the penalty for these things...

Before going to Consumer Forum you have to send a written notice to the CMD of the MANAS HOSTING via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution, else you will drag them to the Consumer Forum.

You can go to any Lawyer and register a criminal case. By the way, cheats are not from a community, religion or region, they JUST cheats. Whoever says Oriyas are cheater is spreading hatred and should be punished. Coming to hosting, look for guys who picks phone and guide you politely, do NOT get lured by CHEAP offers, cheap is not always BEST. As simple as that. Our site is hosted with Solution Point, they have some from Orissa - the best guys in world.

Dear consumercourt forum and members,

We have purchased 10 domain Windows hosting from Manashosting and we have been cheated by Manashosting. We have purchased the Dedicated IP and raised the Ticket too GBI-594506. When we call billing department, then will point to Technical support team. When we call Technical team, they are very rude and telling like They are not concerned for this particular issue. He clearly told, we have to wait till they configure the IP, already 15 days gone and no body is botherd to resolve the issue. This is open request to everyone who have been experienced bad from manashosting to co-operate with us so that we all launch the legal complaint on Manashosting and avoid further scams from it.

I am having similar problem and I am going to send the letter by post tomorrow. What if they do not take any action after this within 15-20 days time?

manashosting is a worst company i ever faced. for new registration i paid the amount 1054 on 21st july 2010. but till today i have not got any registration details. if i try to contact them they simply tel we r processing. the same message repeats every time i ask them a question. i think they ate my money. please do something to this worst company before others become victims for this. i am fed up of this company.
