Manashosting.com based at Bangalore has failed to provide service to my following web domains and web host service, inspite of repeated request. Following domains with five domain web hosting package taken with full payment.

Domains: nehelpline.net, madhuchandra.org, scstconfederation.net, kakching.net, jeevanhospitalkakching.com

Web Space: Five Domain Web Hosting Package.

After repeated complaints through raising technical support tickets through manashosting.co.in, they still failed to solve my problem.

Since they have failed to provide service to my five domains, I have requested to provide me EPP Code for transfering these domains to other web hosting service providers with all payment details of five domains. Still then they have failed to provide me EPP Code for above mention domains.

Manashosting have failed to provide me service nor refuse to take service from other web hosting provider as they failed to provide EPP Codes, without which, transfering of above mentioned domains are not possible.

Therefore, I would like to lodge a complaint against Manashosting to book under any suitable law under Consumer Court and I should be compenseted for lost of my service due to the failure committed from Manashosting.

I also register a complaint against Manashosting that they should provide me EPP Code for my above mentioned domains as early as possible so that I can restore service of these domain with other web hosting providers.
