We have paid them $168 USD as annual charges for the same. This services is taken on date 23/10/2010 as per their Invoice #13214 Dated 23/10/2010. Today is 17/11/2010 - i.e. to say today even 1 month has not been passed, but in a less than 1 month time their server was down for 2 times. Current position is this that this server is down from 7 days and they are not answering our phone calls and avoiding these calls. We are not able to access our account from 7 days. It is totally closed. In this way they are cheating us and doing fraud with us. Their company should be closed and our money should be refunded.
