Cheating and Fraud by Call Ezee Company Sir,
i am speaking on behalf of Sterling Management who was duped of Rs. 4,500/- by a representative of Call Ezee Mr. Prashant Achrekar. i had given Rs. 4500/- through cheque as advance so they would prepare a web domain for us with unlimited pages within 20 days after which if they don’t prepare they would refund our money.
More than 40 days have passed (my invoice date is 10th June, 2010). They had promised us that they would prepare a web page with unlimited pages but now they keep bargaining with pages and have come down to as low as just 3 pages. Now I have come in the middle position by paying them in advance as whenever I call them they say talk to the person to whom you gave the payment ‘Mr Prashant Achrekar’ but that person says that he is just an employee of the company cannot do anything good about the problem.
i am really fed up with their unprofessional behaviour and they are now refusing to even refund my payment (as they are not able to adhere to their commitment.)
i do not find any sloution before me. i request you to please help me solve my problem.
