I have subscribed in Reliance Smart BBSR for activating my GPRS in my mobile on 12th April i have subscribed but till know i have not been provided with my services & within 24hrs they have deactivated my GPRS plan & on complaining they showed very rude behaviour to me & misbehaved with me like anything . Whenever i call them to ask about the status they kept me on hold & than disconnected my phone . The Reliance smart are a big Fraud. If they need money why dont they appoint beggars instead of playiing with customers. They have wasted my time, energy & money , misbehaved with me , hence forced me file a complain against them. I am from BBSR & my complain no. is 123817838. I dont know whetrher i will get any support from this consumer court or not but waiting for a positive respoce from here. Please take action against them so that in future they behave well with the customers & do their job carefully.
