Dear Sir,

I M HEAD-OPERATIONS, Adroit Trainers and consultants. We r a corporate trainers and job providers based in Ahmedabad.
I had a quotation from Bhardwaj Inet based in Ahmedabad for hosting and web site development for Rs.20, 000, including service tax. Against that i had paid Rs.10, 000 in DEC 2008 and till that time he was very irregular in his work but provided sub standard web design work. On top of that i had lots of problem with my hosting also, most of the times we were our we were not able to open our official e mails account & after lots of complain he shifted us to other server, but after one problem there was other .All our mail sent to our client was converted to SPAM mail and 95 % mail we got delivery failure, which harmed our company reputation. After giving repeated warnings to Bhardwaj INET. They kept on blaming us for the problem but after long time it got resolved, in mean time all are official mail we were sending from g mail and yahoo accounts.

Then for web designing part also he refused to cater to out requirement and forced us to accept what he had designed for our company. So we decided to cancel our order of web designing with Bhardwaj Inet and given this same work of web designing to other company. We officially sent him mail of cancellation of work order. After some time he agreed to do as per our requirement and also apologies for the same, but at this stage we had already given work to other company and he had consumed our almost 1.5 yrs for the same project and till that date it was incomplete.
IN quotation Bhardwaj Inet promise to give group mailing facility which they refuse to provide latter on. They gave us this service for 2 to 3 days for which training was not provided and I myself went to get training to operate the same but Mr.Naveen Bhardwaj, failed to give me training on the same. And latter on withdrawal the service. I also requested to adjust this amount in web hosting as advance but that also he refused.
suporting to all points have copy of mails sent by BhardwajInt and Adroit Trainers.
This is a complete case of non commitment and negilance.
Now my problem is Mr.Naveen Bhardwaj from Bhardwaj Inet is not releasing our domain and not providing password to shift to other service provider and demanding rS.10,000 MORE TO RELISE THAT . KINDLY HELP ME OUT AS MY OFFICIAL E MAIL IS ON AND I M NOT ABLE TO ACCESS IT AS IT LET TO HUGE LOSS TO THE COMPANY FINANCIALY AND ALSO CREDIBLITY. also help me to recover my Rs.10,000 and cost to damage the image, loss and harassment to Adroit Trainers And Consultants.
