I have taken domain name & web hosting package from manahosting. They have mentioned wrong information on their website. I have taken 25 MB window based hosting plan whereas they have given me 25 MB linux based plan which is not supportable ASP pages. Last year I have faced same problem, but they have corrected my problem. Again when i have renewed my domain & hosting, they have did same thing. Without any prior information they migrate their server or do whatever they wish to do. We face the problem with our website. Either my website stops running or loose out the data. I had did so many times complaint but there is no action on it from their end. If the want, I can show the paper which plan i have taken. Please do something, I need my money back & release this domain & hosting, so i can take from another company.

Look for host who picks phone and guide you politely, do NOT get lured by CHEAP offers, cheap is not always BEST. As simple as that. We host with Solution Point.

I renew my account in time and no one from manashosting inform me to raise the ticket after paying charges for continuation of same domain name where as they called me for renewal of my account and they guide me how to renew my account and made payment on line. Now as per them the status of my domain name is under REDEMPTION PERIOD, which is totally their fault therefore I request thru you to please issue me same domain name without charging me any more charges or refund my money immediately.
