We recently had registered our domain with a website development company in the month of November 2009. Before the registration they used to call us again and again. Once the domain was booked we wanted them to build and design our site. We paid a total amount of Rs 20000 to them for which they sent us a receipt also through email. Its been almost 3 months that the site is not up and they are just avoiding our calls also. Innumerous reminders from our end have resulted in false promises from their end to deliver the site. How do we proceed further for a refund of money and press charges for loss and damages. Is the consumer court good or should we just file an FIR?
