    Hello.

    A couple of weeks ago I purchased a webhosting account at WebThosting.com
    They offered an unconditional hassle-free 30-day money back guarantee on this account.

    I paid $150 for this, and within 7 days requested a refund as they had made many false claims as to what they were offering.

    They offered 100Mbit shared bandwidth + 99.9% uptime.
    In effect the account is 8Mbit Capped bandwidth and uptime is more along the lines of 20%.

    I therefore requested a refund, and they are refusing and quoting a small hidden line in their TOC regarding invoicing.

    They display 30-day money-back guarantee all over the website and lure customers in withi this, but do not provide what they promise.

    Please help me get my money back from these scammers.

    I quick google on these guys shows many other people that complain about the same thing

    Kindly share your full contact details, purchase details, apart from this just send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of the webthosting.com, and ask them for the refund + damages.
