I created a hosting account with them last year and before signing up I asked the sales team whether they have fantastico to install wordpress and they said they have and after that I paid the money but they didn't have fantastico option in their hosting package. I pushed my website easyexpatriate.com to them as well. I really don't know where it went and I couldn't create a wordpress installation too. I have submitted a ticket long time back it is still active and nothing been done.

Stay away from this people they don't have any staffs who has techincal knowlege. I really don't know how to get refund from this stupid company who wastes other time.

Seems like a lot of complaints against manashosting.

I made the payment to manashosting for hosting services. but billing department says they don't have information about this. i even got the confirmation from my bank. they are bloody idiots. they don't even pick my calls. bloody owner of the company will suffer a lot and his soul will never find peace. he is running a scam and cheating innocent people.

you are right there have been complaints against him earlier too

they are very very worst people . They down your site asking for your payment details at least 10 times in an year.How annoying it is to take some time and find the details and send them back getting tickets wasting your time and your site will be down all this time.

Yeah i know, i dint go to them. Try blue host or dream host they are 10 times cheaper and are waaay more effecient ppl like manasa are only domain re sellers

I have also faced a lots of issues with this Manashosting, I think in their team nobody is a qualified person. And also their way of using language is not professional.... I have changed to hostdepartment.com and also their service is really a professional one...

I really had hard time twice. Once it took 2 weeks to receive control panel information. I hate thier long arduous procedure to register a site. Transfering a site takes for ever. Their control panel sucks too. I am going to be with them until my contract expires in May and move on.

I have booked my domain and web space for three years. At the time of payment that told me that they will give to domain ownership certificate and domain control panel. So that if I am not satisfied with their service, I can change the hosting service.

After Paying when I asked for the domain ownership certificate and domain control panel, They asked for my residance proof and Photo ID. (Why they didn't asked while taking payment ) . When I submitted the scanned copy as per their demand, they asked me to send the hard copy to them. (But they didn't inform me where to send the hard copy) . Now they are asking for money to have the domain control panel.

so they are cheating with their customer, who don't have any option but to give the money to change the service provider.

They do not stick to their promises.

Never buy their services. The do not reply properly on phone.
