    Default Bad Service form mts prepaid data Card

    Dear sir / Madam,

    I have purched a MTS data prepaid card from the very begining speed is too low but as they advertization is totally different when I use.

    I several time complaint to the mts jharkhand -Bihar customer care as I brought this Data card form Ranchi. But no fruitfull answer I did get.
    Hence I have mailed to Mr. Roy regarding this issue and he is the incharge of MTS for bihar -Jharkhan but no good response ,agin I just emaild to Mr.Roy, but as per cusmoer care they have given me time upto 23/07/12 but now my problem has not been solved as well as no initiative I got from a zonal HoD Mr. Roy. .

    This is my humbly request to please make them oblized to serve better.
