ORDER

1. This case is filed by complainant against two doctors. Though some averments are made that these doctors treated her she has not stated exactly what is the negligence committed by these doctors. The averments are too vague and does not prima facie being out any deficiency. Further her prayer is for compensation for defamation and seeks that opposite parties should tell her on whose instructions they behaved to her in cruel manner. On hearing the submissions made by the complainant and going through the averments it is revealed that her relationship with her husband is strained. She has also averred that her children complain about her that she is not mentally normal. On perusal of complaint and submissions made before us we do not find that the case brings out any prima facie allegation of medical deficiency. Hence the complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.
