In 1999, my father Mr. Elias. Francis. Pereira underwent a spinal surgery and after that was given some wrong injection which lead to him suffering from Gangrene and his left pointing finger had to be cut off. We have already filed a case of negligence against the hospital since 12 years now and it is still pending and I think this might be due to the Hospital pulling its weight to influence it.
