Hello sir

My father Dr. Ajay Sharma was admitted in sir Ganga Ram Hospital on 28-12-2011. He had a brain hamerroge in his left side of brain and therefore his right side of body was paralysed. Inspite of this he was doing his work with his left hand and walking with left leg. Despite his good condition doctors put him in I.C.U. and put him on ventilator and started giving him high dose of sedation thus restricting us to take him to another hospital. Then he was diagonesed of pancreatic cancer which when we asked doctors to do byopsy again they refused to do it. Then on 8th night at 12.15 a.m they informed that he had cardiac arrest which led to sudden death.

I want answer from the hospital authorities that how they can put a person on ventilator when he was doing his work by himself? Moreover, when a person is on ventilator how can he get a sudden cardiac arrest when ventilator was doing every work?

They did surgery of brain saying that it will be good for him and taking consent from us, but later denied that they were ready to perform the surgery.

I want this hospital tocompensate us for the loss caused to us by their negligence. moreover the biggest mistake they did was, that they told my father that he had cancer, that too which is untreatable and that night only he had a brain haemmorage.
Doctors should have told to us, i.e his family members and not to him

hope to seek a positive response as soon as possible.
