I was in Mediscan hospital as my mother consumed a wrong syrup and we wanted to get a stomach wash. It took them about half an hour to get it done and they charged 5000 Rupees for a normal stomach wash which would cost about 1000 Rupees in any other hospital. Considering the fact that they have substandard facilities and immature doctors the amount they charge was too huge and when I asked them on why the amount is so high the language they used was abusive.
I am really upset with the kind of attitude the authorities have and would want to take up a strict action so that the thing does not happen with other patients.
Please let me know as to how I need to take this case forward.
