Hi,

my brother suffered from blood clot in his brain on 1st dec 2011 and was admitted in to olive hospital.till 7th dec he was in olive hospital,he was regularly complaining about severe headache but no one bother to address his issue. They simply kept saying it will go with in day or 2. Suddenly on 7th they had done ct scan which showed bleeding and swelling in brain, even then they didn't acted upon it, they kept on saying that it is normal in this kind of case. Suddenly on 8th they shifted him to icu stating he might need surgery.

I got suspicious and went for second opinion, thank god i shifted my brother to care hospital, banjara hills,were he was treated with medication only. Now he is improving.

Can you please suggest how can i take action upon them for there seer negligence.
