Complain is for no proper service and treatment by doctors and hospital as well.


The Patient had a problem of blood clotting in brain and was unconscious so, it was emergency, where patient needed to be treated by neurologist doctor at night when his condition was serious but no neurologist doctor was available at that time as on 30th November, 2011 and still hospital didnt took any prompt action on this matter rather made us to wait till next day morning with such critical condition of patient and there was no facility for Angiography in hospital and in morning when they were about to go for angiography in another hospital, the ambulance available with them didnt had proper ventilator in it so they made patient also to wait on staircase.Even after 45mints ventilator was not working properly so patient was taken in ambulance with manual pumping.

After getting report of angiography doctor (Dr.sunil Kutty) decided for emergency operation. As the operation was over, we were eager to know about the present situation but the doctor didn't replied properly and said that "we are also expecting that the operation is successful". He required check-ups at regular intervals by neurologist but doctor directly visited the patient on next day and even he didn't communicated about the situation of patient with any of us.

Patient Required Daily Citi-Scan and it was perfectly for about 2days, but after that they had not done any citi-scan of patient, so condition of patient periodically required to be known remained unknown to all including doctors. After 2days of operating, no neurologist came to patient for checking and suddenly on 5th Dec,2011, doctors informed us that heart beat of patient has stopped at around 05:30 am, and even in critical position of patient no doctors except for RMO was available and unfortunately the patient died at around 07:40am after striving allot but Dr. Sunil Kutty, who operated the patient was unavailable till 09:30am.

So, please consider the fact as serious and take necessary actions to give us justice for the innocent person losing his life due to mistake of Doctors and Hospital as a whole.
