Recently I have been to OSMANIA GENERAL HOSPITAL, Afzalgunj, Hyderabad There I have noticed that the Lower Grade Staff of the Osmania General Hospital were asking money for giving their service. I was aback with the atmosphere & the personnel who were assisting to my cousin were shameless for asking money for their service. Puen, Wardens, Attenders, Security Persons all of are back of money. Are they not being paid for their service..? Junior Doctors are coming to the Hospital just like to a College. The time is being consumed in communicating with each other. When the patient is in front of the Doctor their prior responsibility is to check and give proper medicine to the patients but actually it is not happening in any Government Hospitals. Another Important thing is the care taker of the Patient were being sent to different blocks to collect a small empty bottles for taking blood samples of the patient but after collecting the empty bottles the care taker have to submit the same to the concern departments. When everything is done by the Care takers then what's the use of attenders & assistants. Is this kind of service are we looking..?
