I wish to inform about the malpractice and fraud did to meby the doctors of Alchemist Hospital sec-21 panchkula, Haryana,

My wife was admittedwith pain in left side of abdomen and was admitted to Alchemist Hospital Sec-21Panchkula and was diagnosed with ovarian cyst. Consulting doctor GynecologistDr Ibha Kumari advised for Larposcopic surgery for the removal of Cyst andoperated on 25th Aug, she confirmed on discharge that the cyst was removed andthe patient was fine. but after 15 days my wife again developed pain and wewent to do follow up with dr ibha kumari, dr ibha said that its the healingpain of stitches and will be fine in one month, shockingly after one month thecyst developed again as confirmed by ultrasound and dr ibha, we consulted othersenior gynecologist of chandigarh. Each doctor we consulted was asking aboutthe biopsy report of the cyst removed, Alchemist hospital authorities were notable to provide the biopsy report.
When we consulted themost reputed gynecologist in chandigarh she reveled out that the cyst was neverremoved and was just punctured. when we confirmed the hospital authorities theconfessed that the cyst was not removed and they have just punctured the cystto take out the bad blood, and my wife was suggested to get operated again toremove the cyst, even after the follow-ups with dr ibha she didn’t reveled outthat she has not removed the cyst during operation.
its been three months that my wife is suffering from pain,she’s unable to join the office for two months and we further have to bear thecost of resurgery.

I want hospital to pay me heavily for this fraud and isresponsible for the bad health of my wife
