After dignosis and analysis manager given oral estimate of within70,000 to remove complete stone from kidney by laiser,and given referance of one woman having same type of stone removed by them within 70,000.we were happy by his comittment and admited my father in low .They promissed that procedure will take maximum 5 days,but they kept the patient fo total 10days including 4 days in ICU ,and made bill of 113000,come to know by report they removed only 10% of stone .we cant effort patient is suffering from heavy pain and fever pls guide us what to do.thanks
