Dear Team, I would like to file a complaint against the Hospital staff who operated my wife during the delivery. Our baby delivered did not cry and breath due to the improper handling of the staff available there, the baby suffocated as the nurses there did not help to get the baby out on time as they were busy chatting as informed my wife, even my wife once said please check it seems she is coming out. So, due to late handling the delivered baby was not normal, she was not fine. She was then placed in the incubator where nurse suggested us to get her checked to the Child specialist. We took her to the nearby private hospital where the doctor told us that the baby has suffocated and the chances of her survival are less, they took my signatures on the paper before operating the baby for the responsibility of the outcome. There was some internal bleeding too which doctor said is because the staff has given artificial pumping that might have caused the internal injury, after giving some treatment she was then referred to PGI Chandigarh, where after 1 day she was declared normal, however, doctor there said that they cannot say about the side effects of the problem when baby did not breathe due to suffocation it can damage any internal part of body particularly brain which can be noticed later on only when she will start growing.

Moreover, when the baby was discharged from PGI and we came back, my wife suffered intense pain inside near uterus and I got her checked in private hospital and doctors there were shocked to see that there is a cotton bag left inside my wife while operating during delivery. I would like to pursue legally against Zonal Civil hospital staff and authorities and want them to be suspended so that no other poor can suffer.
