Dear Administrator,

My father (71 yrs of age) deposited an advance to NKS hospital in delhi for surgery. On the day of surgery, he changed his mind due to certain reasons and went to other hospital for sugery. Later on we went there for refund, they deducted Rs.1000/- out of total advance of Rs.1400/-. It may be a small amount for some,but for a retired senior citizen its a good amount.

Can you update whether hospital was right in deducting Rs.1000/- out of the total amount and can we do anything to get the money back.
