My mother was admitted in Aditya Birla Hospital Chinchwad in 2010 and was diagnosed with Gray zone Lymphoma. At the start they provided very good service but as time passed the service started degrading. They charge more than MRP for food supplied to patients (eg: A parle G biscuit is charged to Rs.7 inspite of MRP being Rs.5 ). They dont allow outside food.
They have become a money making hospital. The people working in billing sector specially are very rude and they do not care what patient might be going through.
Today i went there to get a duplicate copy of bill, and they said charge will be Rs.150.00 per bill. I asked them to give 8 bill. For 8 bills they charged Rs.1500.00 stating 1st bill is of more pages.
Please file a complaint against them.
