My wife is suffering from low back pain. I went to orthopedics in sagar Apollo hospital in Bangalore Jayanagar. He asked for ultrasound. I got it done in the same hospital and it showed everything is fine. Then i continued with him but suffering did not come down. Ultimately I contacted one of the Gynecologist and she asked me to do it again in another diagnostic center. This time it showed the 3 mm calculus in GB. The difference between both the reports is 10 days. I hope they cannot escape saying it developed within 10 days, when pain was non=stop for these 10 days!!! I want to know that how can i lodge a complaint against Apollo. I would like to know about the legal action against them. It is total waste of time and money going there and nevertheless your suffering will not come down. Please let me know what can i do?
