Dear Sir,

My child name G.Karthikeyan, age of one year old was
Admitted emergency condition at your Moolchand hospital New Delhi on
03.09.2010 around 1330 PM and Registration Card 435871.After taken the
treatment child was discharged same day. Now
I am submitting the medical bills to My Office they are asked following
Certificates,
1. Emergency Certificate
2. Prescription in support of any of the bills
3. Discharge Summary

Regarding this i was send email to hospital info@moolchandhealthcare.com on Wed, 05 Jan 2011 15:19:28 IST and again send email Reminder on wed, 12 Jan 2011 11:29:42 IST,after that waiting for reply,but no respones till 26/05/2011.

Then i send Register post to medical superintendent of Moolchand Hospital new delhi on 27/05/2011.

Till now no respones, So i am afraid i may lose my claim due to these documents. help me how to i get Emergency Certificate, Prescription, Discharge Summary.
