Dear Sir,

My wife joined a hospital on Feb 25th,2011 as a staff nurse and signed a 2 year contract also, but after 3 days she got typhoid and she took around 20 days leave from the hospital, after 20days of leave she again joined that hospital, but unfortunately after working 4 days her BP become very low and she was not able to work and she needed to quit the job. We went and spoke to the management that she is not able to work, and they said that we need to pay 60000 to get the certificates back, later they agreed to pay the salary from the joining date to till that day, it was around 9000. She not even worked one week on that hospital and has not received any salary, but i needed to pay the amount(9000) . I have original receipts of this payment.

Is there any way to get the money back from the hospital? and please suggest about the legal actions that we can take.
