Angry Riddhi Vinayak Crital and Cardiac Care (Malad West)

    Hello Everybody,

Had really very very bad experience in Riddhi Vinayak Crital and Cardiac Care (Malad West), where my grandmother was admited

    1) No personal attention given even in ICU

    2) There is absolutely no co-ordination between the shift doctors , mostly unaware what's happening

    3) Only the expert visiting doctors are OK who give proper feedback

    4) The local Nurses are hopless ... who only taunt and need to be pushed to perform their duties ... genrally are found chatting in group and are not properly trained, many a times there were giving wrong medicines at wrong time ..... seem to be of Un-Skilled

    5) Entring wrong data into the reports .... For Eg. my granny was not able to eat and was on liquid food , whereas the reports show that she was eating chapati Bhaji etc .....

    6) Adjoining patients were even complaing..

Personally recommended avoid ... unless the patient is very critical

    regards

Thumbs down Riddhi Vinayak Crital and Cardiac Care (Malad West)

Kind Attention All: We also had similar very bad experience with Riddhi Vinayak Critical & Cardiac Care Hospital, Malad West. Dr. Venkat Goyal who runs this hospital never keep latest update of the serious condition patients once the patient is admitted. ICU ward assistant doctors Dr. Sujata, Dr. Geeta and Dr. Venkat himself are misleading patient's relatives about the patient condition, treatment and billing. There is absolutely no coordination between Doctors, Nurses, Accounts dept. and other staff. Hospital treatment (hidden) charges are very high compared to Mumbai's some top hospitals Hinduja, Leelavati, Jaslok, Kokilaben Ambani, Bombay Hospital etc. A hug amount is being paid to private doctors and Nursing homes who recommend Riddhi Vinayak Hospital to the patient relatives. There is no proper seating & sleeping arrangements for patient relatives. Housekeeping is poor. Only one common toilet is available for patient relatives that too very filthy. If you have a car you will not be allowed to park it near hospital premises even though space is available. Hospital security staff is very arrogant. In such condition are you ready to admit your dear ones in Riddhi Vinayak Critical & Cardiac Care Hospital, Malad?

Default Totally Agreed Worst Hospital I had visited

[QUOTE=Unregistered;125959]Kind Attention All: We also had similar very bad experience with Riddhi Vinayak Critical & Cardiac Care Hospital, Malad West. Dr. Venkat Goyal and his brother who runs the hospital first of all charges so heftily it makes Lilavati Hospital bills look better. They are totally against cashless even though they advertise. For them a patients life is worth only money bags. Unfortunately I lost my grandfathers life. But the torture that we were put through with was literally unbearing with. Looks like the doctors of today has turned their profession as a hangman instead of God. He literally made us believe that whatever he is doing would save the life of the patient and in the end we lost our dear one. There were people who literally advised us against going to the hospital but we had little choice as my Grandfather faced a massive heart attack at Malad and that was the hospital which was close by. We were supposed to take him to Cumballa Hill Hospital which was stark better that this hospital. This hospital makes begging and stealing looks a far better profession. I advice to anybody and everybody in Mumbai to stay away from this hospital as I would hate to believe that this hospital is doing any service to its patients.

The doctors were extremely unprofessional in their conduct and unethical as well. Hate this hospital forever. They bring the name that they are carrying to disrepute. Would not believe if they can save even a single life in this world. Dont think they are techincally qualified to do so. They ordered medicines worth more than 1.5 lacs and returned only 5000 worth of medicines. It surprises me where did the medicines go if my Grandfather could not even survive half a day. Suprised what a thermometer was used for a cardiac patient and worst where did it go?
They told us that they have to do angio plasty we still dont know if the ball used was imported or indian as it was not shown.

Default Venkat Goyal is all about money....

Recently my in-laws had very bad experience with Dr. Venkat Goyal.... Then when just googled his name the first link was all these complaints against him.... I was so wrong on his part to not even talk to patient for 5 mins... neither he bother to get good history of the patient or he did any clinical examination, and he charged them Rs. 700 for doing nothing... Then he ordered a 2D echo and colour doppler tests as well as stress test without even going through patients file in detail. I am a doctor myself... and can understand the importance of these tests... But his way of not using his own brains is ridiculous... I can understand if he orders these tests after going through patients previous records in detail and after thoroughly.... This is just all about making money.... I would not recommend this guy to anyone ever and we should spread the word otherwise these kind of nuts will keep doing this kind of wrong practice.

    Angry BrookeField Hospital,Bangalore

My recent trip to the Brookefield Hospital for my Child has led me to write this letter because of the level of disrespect, poor customer service and scant regard for parents/guardians seeking medical assistance for their children.
It is also very embarrassing to see how the medical practitioners of Brookefield hospital dealt with patients.
My experience let me think about the type of medical practitioners rendering assistance to the young and vulnerable in the Brookefield Hospital.
Doctor of Brookefield Hospital have no love, very rude and disrespectful specially Dr Pradeep.
I believe medical personnel like Dr Pradeep should be trained with the basic customer-service skills and his medical credentials should be checked.
Don’t go to this hospital for any emergency. Since they have the most incapable staff for your service; especially for emergencies the wait time might cost your life!!!
