Dear Sir/Mam,

I have a small baby of 9 months who was having loose motion problem around 3 days.I have admitted my baby in Agarwal Maternity hospital at chandannagar,pune after consulation with Dr Anish Agarwal.

But post admission,he just started saline injction but no care.There was very much mosquito but no care was provided despite of asking many times.

Doctor took admission but there was no Pedaitrics available in the hospital.Doctor simply kept for 2 days but did not recommend any test to find the reason behind loose motion and fever.

At last on tuesday i had to take decision and i asked the hospital to discharge my baby.I am getting the treatment from some other doctor.

There are long list of complaints but i want a strict action should be taken against the hospital for this inhuman behaviour.
