Dear Sir/Ma'am

Hi how are you, Please note that I Richard Bruce was working for H.C.L. my employ
code 40211309 well my mother went through a bypass surgery in the month of Feb 2009
in Ram manohar Lohia hospital. Well I had to spent about 45,000/= on the medicines I
was informed by Sajhu who sits in N-4 or N-3 in H.C.L that if I submit the original
bills I would get the reimbursement with in 45 days which I did the receipt no for
which is 13716 dt 19/02/09. As you can see we are on the 12 of may 2009 which makes
it about 80 days now nothing is being done about it. I spoke to Sajhu about it who
in turn tells me that the file is not passed & I will not get the reimbursement. I
simply asked sajhu if its not possible then to return the file back to me as the
whole amount 45,000 was not paid by me it was shared by my brother & sister who are
in turn doubting on me as I had promised them for the reimbursement. As per Sajhu
who tells that the file cannot be given back as per the rules. I simply want to know
whats going on before I take some further steps. Awaiting for your reply.
