I would like to make complaint about Apex Hospital, Kalyan ( W). My grandmother admitted to that hospital, and diagnosed as a Kidney stone patient. Kidney Stone was detected on 20th January 2011. Still Dr. advised to take only medicines and he never did any operation to remove that kidney stone. then after 01 week on 24th January i.e. today we took a decision to take discharge from that hospital and admit her to another hospital in Dombivali. in that hospital, Kidney stone was removed after just 20Minutes operation.

I had a complaint about APEX Hospital in Kalyan for misguiding the patient and charging him unnecessary amount.
