    Angry Regarding Refund of Processing Fees for Home Loan from HDFC

    Subject: Regarding Refund of Processing Fees for Home Loan.

    As per home loan application submitted on 29 Jul, 2010 to HDFC Bank has been approved Rs. 17.50 lakhs on 30th August 2010.
    I got mail and SMS on same day but till date I didn’t get sanction letter’s soft or had copy by mail, courier or hand to hand for detail information with term and condition.
    Number of time I request to HDFC executive who process my loan but they not provide it to me.

    After that I gave home loan application Rs. 18 lakhs to LIC Housing Finance ltd as per my need. They approved Rs. 18 lakhs home loan.

    Because of as per my need LIC Housing Finance approved Rs. 18 lakhs. I take loan from LIC Housing Finance.

    So now I didn’t want to take approved 17.50 lakhs by HDFC having interest rate is higher and approved amount is Rs 50,000 less as compare to from LIC Housing Finance.

    With application form I gave cheque to Mr. Arjun Jawale (HDFC executive who process my loan) Rs. 13251/- [Rs. 8750 (processing fee) + Rs. 901 (Service Tax) + Rs. 3500 (Stamp Duty) + Rs 100 (Franking)] as processing fees and it credited to HDFC Bank in last month.

    So I request to HDFC Bank to close the loan and refund me above mention processing fees amount.

    But they only give me cheque Rs. 3500 +100=3600 which I pay for Stamp Duty & Franking.

    So what can I do for refund my total or partial processing fees?

    Post complaint against police for not taking any action

    Sir, this is amogh pore.. my phone got stolen recently about a month ago .. i logged a fir in police .. but after that i feel that they have not taken any action .. because whenever i go to ask them they never entertain me.. and say that i am not going to get it back and tell me to come afterwards..     Default Regarding overcharged bill - Tata Indicom Broadband services

    Intially we had different unlimited plan (999 month rental - used for 5 days only) and then we switched to unlimited plan(749 monthly rental). when I requested for changing I was told that I will be charged for this month on basis of pro-rata. By pro-rata, our bill cannot be Rs. 900 including taxes. But they have sent us a bill of Rs.1589. I have spoken to customer care executives but no they are not accepting my point.

    Now I want to take this issue with consumer court. Please guide me.

    Default Airtel is a biggest looter

    Airtel is the biggest looter. They keep taking out money from peoples a/c without their knowledge and keep activating some or the other service even if the customer has not requested and keep charging . Is their no telecoms regulator to fine these looting and cheating companies.

    Thumbs down Frustrated with Tata Photon Plus broadband slow speed in Pune

    I am using the Tata Photon plus device from last 6 months and I am very unsatisfied with there broadband speed.I am using expensive plan and I also pay the bills on right time and always have sufficient balance like 15 to 20 GB in my account.While purchasing the device I was promised that I will get 3.1 Mbps speed but the download speed is always between 0.11 - 0.24 mbps and upload speed is 0.10 - 0.36 mbps .There customer care services is horrible.I complained about the internet speed & they recorded it in their database and told me that their technical teams will resolve the speed issue in 48 hours, I got call from their team & their solution was great, they told me bullshit that as the number of users in my area ie Sus Road , Pune is more therefore my speed is down & it cannot be solved.I once again contacted customer care & they told me rudely that my resolution is done & if you have further issue I should contact the nodal officer & they gave me an email id & phone no , phone no never works.I am fed up with Tata photon plus services & I want my money back & I never expected this kind of problem from company like Tata.While selling the device they say that I will get the speed upto 3.1Mbps irrespective of no of users,they should at least provide 1 Mbps speed in normal hours.If no of users is increasing they should upgrade their infrastructure it is not the problem of consumers.
